Eligible applicant: A person who is visiting for the sole purpose of travel only.
- A recent passport-size photo (3.5X4.5 cm) of the applicant (from the last 6 months)
- (If employed - including students, monks, etc.) Applicant’s Employment Certificate or ID Card (It must state the salary.)
- (If a business owner / self-employed) Certificate of Incorporation of Company / Business Registration Certificate (original and photocopy) along with its original notarized translation
- PAN Registration Certificate – Taxpayer Registration Certificate (photocopy), along with its original notarized translation
- Certificate of Tax clearance (recent 2 years)
- (If available) Revenue Management Information System, Share Registration Book
- Family Relationship Certificate (original and photocopy)
- Marriage Certificate (original and photocopy)
- (If available) Family Land Lease Documents and Family Financial Guarantee Documents
- Visa Cover Letter (applicant should furnish details including the purpose of the visit, a tentative itinerary, and who will cover his or her expenses during the visit)
- Travel Schedule in detail
- Two-way flight booking (departure date should be at least 15 business days after the application date)
- Applicant's original passport and its photocopy
- Applicant’s Bank Balance Certificate – deposits only
- Applicant’s Bank Statement – 6 months (Original; only accepted from Class A banks in Nepal, deposits only; issued within 1 month of visa application.)
(Important)
All nepali language documents must be translated into English and notarized by authorized notary publics.
Documents are only valid for three months from the date of issue.
Applicants must provide their original signature on Page 5 of the visa application form, and it must match the signature in the passport.
