Eligible applicant: A person who is invited by a business partner in Korea or a person who is visiting korea for business/trade purposes.
Required from the inviter in Korea:
- Original Invitation letter
- Original Guarantee letter download form
- A copy of residence card (front and back) (the expiry date should be valid for more than 6 months from the date of application)
- Business registration certificate (photocopy)
- Evidence of exportation (export permit or other documents that substantiate a previous business relationship between the inviter in Korea and the Nepali applicant)
Required to be provided by applicants:
- Visa Application
- A recent passport-size photo (3.5X4.5 cm, from the last 6 months)
- Passport (original and a photocopy)
- A visa cover letter (applicant should furnish details including the purpose of the visit, a tentative itinerary, and who will cover his or her expenses during the visit)
- Round-trip flight ticket booking (departure date should be at least 21 days after the application date)
- Hotel booking voucher
- Travel schedule in detail
- Original Job certificate from a Nepali business entity stating the applicant’s position in the company
- Business registration certificate (photocopy), along with its original notarized translation
- Permanent Account Number (PAN) registration (photocopy), along with its original notarized translation
- Evidence of importation (document that substantiates a previous business relationship between the inviter in Korea and the Nepali applicant, or other document that shows the applicant’s company is active in business)
- Original Personal bank statements for the last six months, issued within one month from the date of your visa application.
- Original Company bank statements for the last six months, issued within one month from the date of your visa application.
(Important)
All the documents from South Korea must be original.
All nepali language documents must be translated into english and notarized by authorized notary publics.
Documents are only valid for three months from the date of issue.
Applicants must provide their original signature on Page 5 of the visa application form, and it must match the signature in the passport.
