Eligible applicant: A person who is invited by an E-7-4R / F-2-R visa holder and is applying for a dependent visa.
Required from the inviter in Korea:
- Original Invitation letter (with registered official seal or notarization)
- Original Guarantee letter (with registered official seal or notarization) download form
- A copy of residence card (front and back) (the expiry date should be valid for more than 6 months from the date of application)
- Inviter’s passport photocopy (optional)
- Seal/signature certificate (original)
- Bank balance certificate (original) (optional)
- Bank statement (6 months) (original), issued within one month from the date of your visa application.
- Original confirmation of residence/accomodation or copy of lease contract
- Job-related documents (employment certificate, business registration certificate)
- Business registration certificate (photocopy)
- Remaining extra documents
Required to be provided by applicants:
- Visa Application
- A recent passport-size photo of the applicant (from the last 6 months)
- Original passport and its photocopy
- A visa cover letter
- Two-way flight ticket booking; whose departure date should be at least 21 days after the application date
- Family relationship certificate (photocopy)
- Marriage certificate (photocopy)
- Birth certificate (if applicable)
(Important)
All the documents from South Korea must be original.
All nepali language documents must be translated into english and notarized by authorized notary publics.
Documents are only valid for three months from the date of issue.
Applicants must provide their original signature on Page 5 of the visa application form, and it must match the signature in the passport.
Note:
- Please confirm the exact visa code your spouse holds (e.g., E-7-4, E-7-4R, F-2-R, or F-2-99) as recorded in their official Korean immigration status.
- Except for dependents of E-7 and F-2 visa holders, all dependent visa applicants must submit six months of bank statements.
